AKN PEEL

The AKN Peel is suitable for those with milder forms of acne where it’s not yet cystic or too uncontrolled. 

This is a chemical peel that helps to control and diminish acne and oily skin by regulating sebum production and preventing pore clogging and future breakouts.

This peel contains Pyruvic Acid, Salicylic Acid and Mandelic Acid. Here is how each of these acids can help your acne skin:

  1. SALICYLIC ACID (BHA)
  • Oil-soluble, which means it penetrates deep into the pores
  • Exfoliates inside the pore, dissolving the debris and sebum thay causes blackheads and spots
  • Anti-inflammatory, so it’s great for calming red, inflamed breakouts

2. MANDELIC ACID (AHA)

  • A gentle exfoliating alpha hydroxy acid – derived from almonds

The Skin Recovery chemical peel is suitable for those with severe acne. It is an intense chemical peel that smartly combined higher concentrations of Salicylic Acid and Mandelic Acid, whose keratolytic and antimicrobial properties successfully reduce acne breakouts and restructure the skin.
